Green Fairy

Made in one of Europe's oldest distilleries, Green Fairy has been carved out of an ancient culture using local woodland ingredients including one of the oldest and most respected: Wormwood. A prolific herb used in early medicine and witchcraft potions.

This is a traditional green, Czech absinthe. Green Fairy offers a great botanical balance, which makes it the perfect absinthe for cocktails and mixed drinks.

Beware of Dabel! The direct translation for 'Devil' in Czech.

With its higher thujone content compared to Green Fairy, it is stronger and so much more intense. The botanical base of Djabel also makes it an interesting alternative to gin.

Ingredients:

30ml Green Fairy
30ml Finest Call Sour apple

Preparation:

Combine ingredients into a shaker, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass, then garnish with a lemon wheel.

Ingredients:

30ml Alize Red Passion
30ml Green Fairy Absinth
30ml Cranberry Juice
Dash The Bitter Truth Creole Bitters
15ml egg white

Preparation:

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with 3 dashes of The Bitter Truth Creole Bitters on top of foam.
